Business Development Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Business Development Executive to lead our residential expansion. You will connect directly with Apartment Associations (RWAs), gated community committees, and residential clusters to establish weekly morning farm pop-ups and distribution hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Identify, research, and map premier gated residential communities and apartment complexes.
- ✓Connect with RWA committee members, facility managers, and resident ambassadors to present the bagichaFRESH model.
- ✓Secure permissions and coordinate morning harvest pop-up schedules inside residential courtyards.
- ✓Manage on-ground stall setup coordination, resident engagement, and feedback collection.
- ✓Build long-term community relationships to ensure high recurring resident participation.
What We Are Looking For
- ✦1 to 3 years of proven experience in field business development, FMCG, community onboarding, or direct sales.
- ✦Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- ✦Self-driven mindset with willingness to visit residential societies and engage directly with resident leaders.
- ✦Genuine passion for clean agriculture, healthy food, and community wellness.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
